Refund policy
At Naty Skin, we believe in providing our customers with the highest quality skincare products. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase, which is why we offer a 30-day return policy. This means that you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
In order to be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following criteria:
- The item must be in the same condition that you received it.
- The item must be unworn or unused.
- The item must have all tags attached.
- The item must be in its original packaging.
- You must provide the receipt or proof of purchase.
If your item meets these requirements, you can start the return process by contacting us at frantzius13@gmail.com. We will provide you with a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your package. Please note that returns sent back to us without prior authorization will not be accepted.
It is important to inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item. We will evaluate the issue and make it right.
There are certain exceptions to our return policy. Perishable goods, custom products, and personal care goods cannot be returned. Additionally, we do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. If you have any questions or concerns about returning a specific item, please get in touch with us.
If you wish to exchange an item, the fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have and make a separate purchase for the new item.
For customers in the European Union, there is a 14-day cooling off period. This means that you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification. The same eligibility criteria mentioned above apply to these returns.
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval status for a refund. If approved, the refund will be processed within 10 business days and credited back to your original payment method. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.
